What gap133 is
gap133 is a read-only data terminal that displays price differences between the Polymarket and Kalshi prediction markets. It never asks for, stores, or has any access to your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, exchange accounts, or funds.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage events. When you use the terminal, we record the event type (for example search, sort, theme, chart open, venue link click, Telegram or X link click) plus one short detail where it helps: the market ticker for a chart open, the theme name, the sort mode, which venue a link pointed to, or where on the page you clicked. We also record each page you open (its path, such as /guide), the website that sent you here (just the domain, or a utm_source tag if the link had one), and whether the pricing section came into view. To count visitors without cookies, each event carries a daily visitor id: a salted hash of your IP address, browser and the date. It changes every day, cannot be reversed into your IP, and cannot link your visits across days. We do not record your search text, name, email or IP address itself. Known bots and link previews are not counted. We use these events only to see how people find and use the site.
- API and MCP usage (desk keys only). When a desk key calls the REST API or the MCP server, we log the key, the endpoint called, the time, and a salted hash of the IP address. We never store the IP itself. The hash lets us spot a key being shared across many places and enforce rate limits.
- Theme preference and desk key. Your chosen theme is stored in your browser (localStorage) and your desk key in a cookie. When you switch theme we record only the theme name, as an anonymous usage event. The desk-key cookie is sent to our server only to check your access.
- Personal alerts (desk holders only, if you turn them on). When you link Telegram for personal gap alerts, we store your Telegram chat ID next to your desk key, your chosen threshold, and a record of which pairs we messaged you about in the last 6 hours, so we do not repeat an alert (older entries are deleted). Disconnecting in the alerts panel deletes the chat ID. We never store your Telegram name, contacts, or messages.
- Payment correspondence. If you buy a desk subscription, we store your email address, transaction hash, and subscription dates, solely to operate your access and renewals. We never share it. Free visitors never give us an email: there is no account, no login, and no email form anywhere on the site.
What we never collect
- Wallet addresses, private keys, or seed phrases.
- Exchange credentials or API keys.
- Browsing history beyond what is described above.
- Anything from your Telegram account beyond the chat ID you choose to connect for personal alerts.
Third-party services
gap133 displays data from the public Polymarket and Kalshi APIs. When you click a venue link (PM↗ or KX↗), you leave gap133 and their own privacy policies apply. Our own usage tracking is first-party and anonymous. If Google Analytics is configured on the site, it stays off until you accept it in the consent banner, and then Google's privacy policy applies to the data it collects (see Cookies). Personal alerts are delivered through Telegram, which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
gap133 sets one functional cookie: a desk-key access cookie, used only if you purchase a subscription, which keeps your desk key in this browser for up to a year. Your paid access itself ends when the key expires, however long the cookie lasts. No advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies are set by default. If Google Analytics is configured, it is consent-gated (denied until you opt in, per Google Consent Mode v2).
How long we keep it
We keep the data above for as long as the service runs, except the alert history, which we clear after 6 hours, and your Telegram chat ID, which goes as soon as you disconnect. We delete anything else on request: write to hello@gap133.xyz.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data associated with your email or desk key, or its deletion, at any time by writing to hello@gap133.xyz. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your subscription access. There are no accounts and no passwords, so there is nothing else to close.
